Josephine Tsao

Josephine Tsao is a lecturer of Chinese at SF State where she teaches all levels of Chinese language class and the U.S. federal government-funded Chinese Flagship Program. Tsao received her doctorate in journalism from University of Missouri and the master's in Chinese from San Francisco State University.
